Do Not Sell My Personal Information

As a member of SurveySavvy, you voluntarily share your personal information with us when you register as a member, and in some cases when you participate in survey or other data collection opportunities.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), the term “sell” includes “renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, [and] transferring…for monetary or other valuable consideration.” Some of our activities in connection with research services we provide to our clients, or in connection with our relationship with our manager, Luth Research, or our affiliates, we might, from time to time, transfer personal information about you in a way that constitutes a “sale” under CCPA.

As a California consumer, you have the right to opt-out of this “sale” of your personal information. You may exercise this right by filling out the form below, or by contacting us at 1-888-588-4258. Please note that fulfillment of any such request may result in your inability to continue participating in SurveySavvy.

If you choose to exercise your right to opt-out, either directly or via an authorized agent, we may request certain personal information in order to verify that you (and, as applicable, your agent) do in fact authorize the request.

For more information about how we collect, use, and store your personal information, and your rights as a California consumer, please visit our Privacy Policy.

Notice: This request may result in a closure of your account and inability to continue participating in SurveySavvy.
